RETURNS & REFUNDS

Wrap kits cut to your vehicle year and options are made to order and generally cannot be returned unless we shipped the wrong kit or there is a production defect.

Please double-check vehicle details and finish choices before paying.

Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, subject to inspection.

Opened electrical or fitted items may not be eligible unless faulty.

Report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

We will arrange replacement or refund once verified.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect returned goods.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Do not send returns without approval — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
